Join us again at Gold Creek Reservoir on Saturday 19 August for one of our favourite walks! This hidden gem at the end of Gold Creek Road, Brookfield, with its tranquil beauty and quiet tracks, lends itself to a silent, contemplative experience of God in nature.

We will walk slowly and have a number of reflective stops to pause and as Pope Francis suggests in Laudato Si’, to experience nature as a magnificent book in which God speaks to us and grants us a glimpse of his infinite beauty and goodness.

The Walk: The walk is 5.5 km loop and graded as a medium Grade 3, it is a moderately challenging so please click this link for more detail.

When: Saturday 19 August 2023 @ 7.30am – 11am

Meet: in the Gold Creek car park at 7.30am (660 Gold Creek Road, Brookfield)

Bring: you will need good walking shoes, comfortable clothing, a hat, insect repellent, sun screen plus snacks and water.

Price: $30 including retreat walk spiritual directors, reflection material and a guided meditation.
