This popular retreat is being offered again in 2026 at Sevenhill SA in May, Brisbane in July, Melbourne and Sydney in October

Pause is a small group retreat for women who seek a time of prayer, guidance, and stillness amidst the natural transitions of life to discover the emerging call of transformation and flourishing that God is inviting you to.

Each day you are invited to personally enter a story from scripture of women and their transforming encounters with Jesus.

​There will be spacious time for listening, silent reflection, and accompaniment, helping you notice God’s presence in the movements of your life. You will be invited to deeper awareness of your desires, consolations, and discerning how God may be leading you toward freedom and flourishing.

This retreat will be held in the tranquil gardens of Holy Name Spirituality Centre in Cheltenham Melbourne.

Come and rest, rejuvenate and discover God’s love, wisdom and wish for you.

When: Friday 16th October 10am – Sunday 18th October 4pm 2026

Where: Holy Name Spirituality Centre, 40 Cavanagh Street, Cheltenham VIC

Price: $825 including three full days and two nights’ accommodation, all meals, retreat facilitation, prayer materials, take home resources, and spiritual accompaniment.

Facilitated by: JISA Spiritual Director Belinda Chapman. Belinda is an experienced Ignatian Spiritual Director and Giver of the Spiritual Exercises based in George Town in Tasmania. She is a wife, mother, daughter, sister … loved child of God. Belinda delights in providing space and opportunity for people to deepen their relationship with God in whatever form that relationship is best nourished at the time of life or season they discover themselves within.
