This is an opportunity to spend some reflective time walking purposefully within the Binna Burra section of the Lamington National Park. This park which encompasses part of an ancient forest creation know as Gondwana. The circuit walk is designed to give you the opportunity to be open to the sights, sounds, touch and fragrances of a fascinating variety of ancient rainforest, tall eucalypt forest, and montane heath.
This walk will be an opportunity for the distractions of the modern world to recede and encourage you through selected Spiritual Exercises and writing to come to a connection and to be nourished by the beauty of this part of an ancient creation. It is hoped that during the walk you will come to connection to the sacred spirit of natural creation and the sacred mystery we call the God presence within our inner selves.
