From ages past no one has heard,
no ear has perceived,
no eye has seen any God besides you,
who works for those who wait for him.  Isaiah 64:4
In the third week of Advent,
it is hard to wait for your action because
few around me believe you do act.
And I have things in my life now where I am powerless
and in greatly in need of your help.
Yet I will carry the same hope that Joseph and Mary
carried on their road to Galilee.
Bless me Lord, as I wait for your action
in my life.
